Zoning Hearing Board – 7pm

TAKE NOTICE that the Milford Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Tuesday, October 13^th, 2020 at 7:30 PM in the Upper Bucks County Senior Center (2183 Milford Square Pike.) and Thursday, October 15^th, 2020 at 7:00 PM at the Milford Township Building (2100 Krammes Rd).

October 13^th–

1. Continuation of application of Kathy Wanger and John and Kathleen Kelly for a Variance from section 404 E10 and E12 to allow an indoor and outdoor venue which is not permitted in the RD zoning district. Located at 2475 Koons Rd., TMP# 23-015-035 in the RD zoning district.

October 15^th–

1. Application of David Shmell for a variance from section 404 B1 and 404 H2 to construct a garage 30 feet from the rear property line where 100 ft is permitted at a height of 23 feet where 18 feet is permitted. Located at 1920 Brinkman Road., TMP# 23-001-159-003 in the RA zoning district.
2. Application of Devon Reith for a variance from 404 B1 and 804 to construct a garage 7 feet 7 inches from a property line where 30 feet is permitted. Also construct a front porch on the front of a non-conforming structure. Located at 2195 Keiper Rd., TMP# 23-001-071-001 in the RA zoning district.
