TAKE NOTICE that the Milford Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a hearing on Thursday, May 15^th, 2008 in the Township Building (2100 Krammes Road) to consider the following:

7:00 p.m. Application of Portzer Rd Assoc, LP and Martin/Inkpen/Randazzo/Flack challenging the validity of Ordinance 151 (Arterial Mixed Use Overlay) under sec 909.1 (a)(2) of the Municipalities Planning Code.
