TAKE NOTICE that the Milford Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Tuesday, May 13^th, 2007 in the township building (2100 Krammes Road) to consider the following:

7:00 p.m. Application of Boyd for an interpretation of Sec 209b and/or variance from sec 404 h2 to permit a 30 x 50 ft ≥accessory≤ building that is not clearly incidental and subordinate to the principal building, located at 2490 Yankee Rd, TMP 23-21-75 in the RA Zoning District.

7:30 p.m. Application of American Tower for a variance from Sec 404 F5(e) to permit an existing towerπs height to be increased from 200 ft to 213 ft, located at 1370 Old Plains Rd, TMP 23-7-13-1 in the RA Zoning District.

8:00 p.m. Application of Moyer for a variance from Sec 404b1 to allow a two car garage addition with a 7.5 ft. side yard where 15 ft is required, located at 2155 Milford Ave, TMP 23-13-28 in the SRM District.
