The meeting was called to order by Chairman Fran Murray at 7:32 p.m.
Approval of Minutes –copies provided to public on the hall table
Fran Murray asked members if anyone had an amendment to the February 27, 2008 Minutes that were circulated. Minutes were accepted as circulated.

Pending Preliminary Plans Reviewed
Johnston Subdivision TMP23-21-124-5 two lot subdivision 2561 Mill Road
Representative: Rodd J. White, Horizon Engineering and Curtis Johnson, owner
Rodd White described the subdivision.
Art Breitinger went over the Bucks County Planning Commission Review #11535 dated March 4, 2008.
Rodd White: ³We will add a note to the plan that all utilities have to be underground. We called MTASA for approval. As far as the storm water and road improvements-currently the road is being widened along Mill Road by the Township.²
Fran Murray: ³I donıt know where the Township stands with the plan.²
Janya Awckland:² Preparing to obtain right of way.²
Andersen Engineering Associates Review dated February 19, 2008 was reviewed.
Rodd White: ³The ultimate right of way was based on a previous subdivision. We will comply with Andersenıs request for more right of way.²
Rodd White: ³Where does it say the existing house has to be connected to public water?²
Janya Awckland: ³In the water ordinance.²
Andersenıs letter dated March 26th stating that additional right of way was needed was given to Rodd White.
Carson Schneck : ³Contact Kevin Wolf at Andersen Engineering and make sure he is satisfied with the amount of right of way and that the plan meets the impervious surface requirement; re do the calculations. If Kevin agrees with you weıre fine with that.²
Rodd White: ³We will comply.²
Motion on Johnston Final Plan
Carson Schneck made a motion that the Milford Township Planning Commission reviewed the Final Plan of the Johnston 2-lot Subdivision, TMP23-21-124-5 at 2561 Mill Road and recommends that the Board of Supervisors approve the Final Subdivision Plan with the following conditions:
The applicant satisfy the comments in the Andersen Engineering Associates, Inc., Township Engineerıs review letters dated February 19, 2008 and March 26, 2008. Motion was seconded by Ed Bolton. Pending Preliminary Plans being Revised
Thomas Martin 2585 Wieand Road TMP23-15-6 (2 lots) Planning Module signed by Health Department-indefinite time extension with 60-day notice to proceed.
Janya Awckland: ³A revised plan has not been received. The Township Engineer, at the Townshipıs expense prepared a plan showing the relocation of Wieand Road and sent it to the applicants engineer.²
Reserve at Milford-Foulkes Mill & Allentown Rd TMP#23-010-145, 137, 144 & 143-1 Indefinite extension Revised Preliminary Plan
Janya Awckland: ³The revised plan is not ready to be reviewed.²
Quakertown Interchange Associates-Preliminary (6) lot Subdivision TMP23-2-150-1 Indefinite time extension 60-day notice to proceed
Janya Awckland: ³Paul Yaskowski, Urwiler & Walker asked to have this removed from the agenda and rescheduled.²
T-Pike Quakertown LP Preliminary-Commercial TMP23-10-183 Indefinite time extension 60-day notice to proceed
Janya Awckland: ³They have said they are withdrawing but a letter of withdrawal has not been received.²
New Submissions-None - Only revisions of previously submitted plans received and forwarded for review

Williams-Roth Allentown Rd-TMP#23-10-50 (8 lots) indefinite extension
Public Comment:
Joyce King, 1845 Allentown Road asked where the detention basin outfall on the Reserve at Milord was located.
Ed Bolton pulled his copy of the plan and Planning Commission showed Joyce King the detention basin plan and that the outfall did not go toward her property.
Jack Merritt asked how Planning Commission would go about providing necessary language to provide for a different set back for the Planned Commercial zoning in order to have a different buffering for stores to avoid a strip commercial store appearance.
Adjournment: Fran Murray made a motion to adjourn at 7:52 p.m.
